Akamaro k'ibikoresho byo kuvura urumuri rutukura mu rugo
Ubuvuzi bw'urumuri rutukura (RLT) bwamamaye cyane kubera ubushobozi bwabwo bwo gufasha ubuzima bw'uruhu, kugabanya ububabare, no kugira ubuzima bwiza muri rusange. Ibikoresho byo kuvura urumuri rutukura mu rugo bitanga uburyo bworoshye bwo kubikora kandi bikaba byoroshye, bigatuma byoroha kubyishimira buri gihe. Dore incamake y'inyungu nyamukuru:

1. Kuvugurura uruhu no kurwanya gusaza
